Participation in the work of the Ministerial Committee appointed by the Minister of Finance, Prof. Sousa Franco, in 1997, and chaired by Prof. Carlos Ferreira de Almeida, entrusted with the preparation of Draft Legislation relating to the new Securities Code (until February 1998, the date on which my mandate as a member of the Management Board of the Instituto de Seguros de Portugal began).
Member of the Ministerial Committee appointed by the Minister of Finance, Prof. Sousa Franco in 1998 and headed by Prof. Eduardo Paz Ferreira, which prepared the Draft Bill for the new regime related to the State’s Business Sector (which led to Decree-Law No. 558/99).
